Shipping Options
We use the following shipping methods:
Method 1 Australian postal service
Method 2 Courier, parcel service (TNT)
Method 3 Air freight, Sea freight
Shipping Policies:
Please note that SHIPPING IS NOT FREE. Orders
will be processed and shipped pending credit
card authorization. We base our shipping charges
on the value of your order. To make sure you get
the fewest shipments possible, we'll do our best
to ship everything to you at once. Overnight
delivery requires a signature. For all other
methods of delivery, we recommend someone be
available to accept the package. Shipping times
are approximate and may vary for reasons beyond
Teak Guard's control.
Inspect your order once it is received. Contact
our customer service
department immediately at 02 997 55 602 if the
material is defective
or missing. Product damaged in transit must be
reported to the
carrier within seven days of receipt to request
a freight inspection.
The original box and packaging materials must be
saved for inspection
Product Availability
We always try to ship your order completely.
Sometimes, an item becomes unavailable. If this
happens while we're processing your order, we'll
let you know by sending you an email. We won't
automatically make substitutions to your order.
We'll cancel the item on your order form, we
won't charge your credit card for it, and we'll
still deliver the rest of your order.
Tracking your order:
Teak Guard can not track shipment of the
package. However most of the major couriers have
systems in place where they can track orders.
